Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and another one with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by postal delays, holidays or customs processing.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $80: flat rate of $7.99
- Orders of $80 or more: free shipping
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days from the date of purchase, contact us at Contact@patazoo.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
